The high-speed flexo ruling machine is a highly sophisticated solution for the fabrication of staple pin exercise books,ruled and unruled pre-products,folded sheets,or other specific finished products.
From reels to sheets,it can be used for medium and large runs.It includes a single reel stand, flexo ruling,cross-cutting, overlapping, collecting and counting, sheet feeding, collecting of exercise book stacks,and straight-on delivery.
This is an ideal machine for binding notebooks,thread sewing notebooks,protecting myopia exercise books,wire spiral notebooks,and account books.

The complete working process of the equipment consists of several core functional parts.
Single roll unwinding rack is used to unreel raw paper rolls and achieve continuous paper conveying.
Flexographic line printing device can finish line pressing, pattern printing and other processing work on paper materials with high precision.
The transverse cutting mechanism cuts the long connected paper into standard single paper sheets in fixed sizes.
The overlapping gathering and counting structure can stack paper sheets neatly and complete automatic counting to ensure uniform quantity of each batch.
The paper feeding structure ensures stable and smooth paper transmission during operation.
The finished notebook collecting part is responsible for arranging and stacking processed paper sheets for subsequent packaging and deep processing.

This machine lets you run production directly from jumbo paper rolls to finished sheets. It reduces manual steps between processes, so less labor is needed and production runs more steadily.
It handles paper widths from 700mm to 1050mm, which covers most common sizes for exercise books and notebooks. The ruling width can go up to 1040mm, enough for standard line patterns used in schools and offices.
It supports 2/2 color flexo printing, so both sides of the paper can have lines or simple logos printed in one pass. The cutting length is adjustable from 260mm to 660mm, fitting small notepads up to A4 size books.
The working speed can reach 350m/min, suitable for medium and large orders. Even when running at high speed, the ruling, printing and cutting remain consistent, so finished sheets have less waste and fewer defects.
It automatically overlaps, collects and counts sheets, making batch quantity accurate. This saves time for sorting and counting by hand, and keeps quality stable for wire-bound, thread-sewn and other notebook products.
