Multifunctional Automatic Exercise Book Production Line

Machine Description

This automatic multi-functional production line is mainly made to produce wire-bound exercise books. It handles plain sheets, lined sheets, folded inserts and other similar paper products. Suitable for medium to large batch orders, the entire line processes paper directly from raw rolls into finished books.

 

The production unit is equipped with a single roll unwinder, flexographic ruling unit, cross cutter, overlapping conveyor, sheet counting and collating system, automatic feeder for covers and insert pages, stitching mechanism, folding unit, back pressing device, edge trimmer and final delivery table.

The multifunctional automatic exercise book line integrates the following key units into a single, automated workflow:

Single Reel Unwind Stand: Holds and feeds the primary paper roll.

Stitching Unit: Performs wire-stitching for binding.

Folding Unit: Folds the book blocks.

Back Pressing Unit: Presses the spine to create a flat, professional finish.

Trimming Unit: Trims the books to their final dimensions.

Delivery Table: Outputs the finished, bound books for collection.
