Spine pressing unit
Use two mechanical cams and pressure springs to square the book back below.
Easy to operate.Both thin and thick notebooks can be pressed without any modifications.
Stitching unit
The nail head is driven by the guide rail slider.
The sensor is set up to manage the switches on the stitching heads.When there is no sheet, the coupler willstop stitching heads.
Trimming unit
The trimming knife uses a 60mm thick board to make the frame sturdy.
The knife holder is made of cast iron material to ensure the knife's stability.
Installing the trimming knife makes paper cutting more labor-saving.
The trimming knife uses a slider to change tools quickly.
The unit will do the first face trim,then 2 sides,3rd, and 4th trim.
Reel feeding stand unit
Paper de-curling system with servo.
Use a hydraulic pressure brake to stop the machine immediately from high speed.

Flexo ruling unit for 2C+2C
The printing stack frame is made of cast iron to ensure the accuracy of the lining.

Sheeter unit
The sheeter unit frame is made of a40 mm-thick board to ensure the machine is more sturdy.There is no vibration when the machine runs at high speed,and can achieve a high-qualty cutting.
The rotary sheeter is made with a high-speed blade for long-lasting cutting.
The timing belt is used to ensure accuracy,and it is low-noise,easy to maintain,and lubricated at a low cost.

Cover inserter
