The packing machine is special supporting equipment matched with paper roll cutting machines. It uses a PLC and easily reaches a packing speed of 10–15 packs per minute for standard 500-sheet A4 paper and fits 60–100gsm office paper. Can be connected with various brands cutting machines to build an integrated paper processing line, featuring stable performance for continuous mass production in overseas factories.

We loaded three kinds of goods for this shipment today: our Honor-A4-2 packaging machines, jumbo blank paper rolls and custom thick cartons we made at our factory.

These Honor-A4-2 packers run steady all day, we've run them for years in our own plant for packing finished A4 paper stacks, and overseas clients tell us they hold up well for non-stop daily production. The jumbo paper rolls are the raw stock our clients cut down into standard A4 sheets and thin wrapping film later. We don't just toss them in boxes-we line each carton with foam, bolt wooden support frames inside, then wrap the whole box tight with waterproof plastic sheet. The boat ride to West Africa takes weeks with hot, damp sea air, this setup keeps metal machine parts from rusting and stops paper rolls from getting crushed when containers shift mid-voyage.

This batch includes both the packing machines and matching raw paper rolls, so buyers don't need to source supplies from separate vendors. Every carton was packed by our warehouse team last week, we double-wrapped all exposed machine parts to cut down breakage risks on rough ocean transit.

Once the container arrives at the port, one of our technicians can hop on a video call to walk their workers through machine setup step by step, we also ship out spare cutter blades and rubber rollers on follow-up orders if they wear down fast. We've kept supplying this paper processing gear and raw rolls to small factories across West Africa for years, and we'll keep taking their orders moving forward.
