Driven mainly by mechanical structure with pneumatic assistance, the unit automatically completes feeding, wrapping, folding, sealing, shaping, counting and anti-counterfeit tear tape application for single or bundled cartons. Packaging Process Flow
This automatic packaging workflow starts with products being continuously conveyed forward by the feeding conveyor.
After the incoming goods are positioned, a horizontal pushing mechanism shifts the packages to the wrapping station, where the BOPP double-sided heat-sealable film pulled from the film roll is cut off and preliminarily wrapped around the product.
Next, the bottom packaging film is unfolded flat, followed by folding and heat sealing of the film along the product's long edges. The equipment then proceeds with corner folding and full film wrapping, after which the top and bottom sections of the wrapping film are sequentially folded and shaped into place.
Once the folding molding is completed, localized spot heat sealing is implemented on both left and right sides of the package, succeeded by full flat heat sealing on the two lateral edges.
The whole packaging cycle finishes with top-and-bottom shaping and final flat sealing to complete the tight, finished BOPP package.
Packaging Process Flow
The packaging operation begins with manual loading of cartons onto the machine. Afterwards, a pushing mechanism transfers individual boxes forward to the wrapping station, where packaging film is fed vertically downward to wrap around the box.
The machine then completes long-side heat sealing of the wrapping film, followed by symmetrical folding of the upper film edges on both sides of the package and subsequent folding of the lower bilateral film edges.
Once all edge folding steps are finished, lateral side sealing is carried out to secure the film. The process concludes with package shaping and excess film trimming to produce neatly wrapped finished products.
