The machine comes fully assembled and shipped with all standard accessories you'll need right out of the box. Included are hand tools: a 7-piece double open-end wrench set covering sizes from 5.5mm to 21mm, plus a 9-piece hex key set. You'll also get one 8-inch long nose plier, alongside a 5-inch flathead screwdriver and a 5-inch Phillips screwdriver.
For heating and temperature control parts, there are two heating tubes: one is Φ10mm × 400mm with a power rating of 600W, and the other is Φ10mm × 280mm at 500W. A 3-meter long K-type thermocouple is also equipped. Besides these main parts, we also supply a batch of assorted spare screws, which are practical for routine upkeep and minor repairs on site.
This machine works well with common laminating materials. You can use double-sided thermal BOPP film ranging in thickness from 0.018mm to 0.03mm, as well as coated art paper and coated kraft paper.
As for the material rolls, please note the size limits: the maximum outer diameter of the roll is 320mm, and the inner core diameter is fixed at 70mm.

The HONOR-600 copy paper wrapping machine is a fully automated packaging solution we've tested and used on production sites. It can complete the whole packaging process automatically for both single packs and combined multi-box packs, including material feeding, outer wrapping, edge folding, side sealing, end sealing, top and bottom shaping, product counting, and anti-counterfeiting stretch tape pasting.
