Features

I still remember one of our customers, Mr. Chukwuemeka from Nigeria. He is a leading office paper manufacturer in West Africa. And his factory is mainly produce A4 copy paper, offset paper and writing paper, supply government, schools, enterprises and the retail market. Depending on the customer's requirements, we recommended the High Speed A4 Automatic Production Line, with full configuration including unwinding, slitting, cross-cutting, stacking, counting and automatic wrapping. The line adopts Siemens PLC, high-precision servo control, Italian slitting knives and German cross-cutting knives, ensuring high speed, precision and stability.
After a comprehensive investigation, we finally reached a cooperation agreement.

The High Speed A4 Automatic Production Line arrived at the factory in March 2025. We send engineer to help the client with installation and commission. Finally completed in April 2025. After normal running, the actual running speed is 250m/min, the cutting accuracy is better than required. Daily output is 22.5 tons (exceeds customer expectation). And the new production line help the customer reduce labor from 7 workers per shift to 3 workers per shift. Failure rate decreased by more than 60% and product qualification rate up to 99.8%. The machine help ed customer successfully obtained large orders from local government and education departments.
