This maxi roll toilet paper converting machine handles jumbo rolls up to 2950mm in width and 1500mm in diameter. It has a design speed of 300m/min, while the actual working speed ranges from 0 to 200m/min.
Finished rolls produced by this machine have a diameter between 80mm and 300mm.
Every functional unit adopts an independent motor drive. The perforation unit is fitted with 4 or 6 spiral perforating blades for selection.
Optional configurations cover edge embossing, glue lamination and glue-free lamination. Embossing rollers are also interchangeable with multiple combinations: steel-to-rubber, steel-to-felt, steel-to-wool and steel-to-steel.

Embossing / Lamination
We stamp custom patterns on the paper layers to achieve better fluffiness and softness. During embossing, mild adhesive is applied to bond the tissue sheets together. This simple processing method effectively improves the tissue's softness, water absorption and bulkiness.
Perforation system
The perforating device is equipped with separate frequency converter control. It maintains steady operation and accurate perforation length even during long uninterrupted production.
Every perforating head uses an individual frequency drive, which guarantees consistent punching dimension in prolonged working hours.
Winding system
This rewinder works with various tissue rolls, supporting winding diameters from 90mm to 300mm. It comes with a paper core positioning unit to keep the ends of finished jumbo rolls tidy and uniform, effectively reducing edge trimming waste.
