Honor high speed paper cutting machine adopts advanced technology of EUROPE and it is driven by AC servo motors,PLC control, the high cutting speed reaches 350 cuts /min. And it can cut 8 paper rolls at one time.This series of Reel Cutter 1400/1700 /1900 is used to cut the paper roll into paper sheets.

 

The paper feeding and delivering units are automatic with the hydraulic system. The human and machine interface system could make operation become much easy and more convenient.It is also equipped with automatic deflection rectify and antistatic device. Electronic Components Introduction of AC Servo Paper Cutter

 

1. AC Servo Motor

It is the core power component of the paper cutter. It provides stable torque for the knife frame cutting movement and paper pushing positioning. The AC servo motor features fast response, low vibration and high positioning accuracy. It ensures consistent cutting size and reduces upper and lower stacking errors.

2. Servo Driver

The servo driver matches the AC servo motor. It receives control signals from the PLC to adjust motor speed, position and torque. It realizes precise closed-loop control and guarantees high-precision cutting.

3. PLC Controller

As the brain of the whole machine, the PLC stores cutting parameters, controls operation logic, and coordinates all electronic components such as motors, solenoid valves and sensors. It realizes automatic and program-controlled cutting.

4. HMI Touch Screen

It is the human-computer interaction terminal. Operators can set cutting size, call cutting programs, view fault codes and adjust operating parameters on the touch screen.

5. Solenoid Valve

The solenoid valve controls the pneumatic system of the paper cutter. It drives the paper pressing cylinder and locking structure to ensure the paper stack is tightly fixed during cutting and avoid position deviation.

6. Photoelectric Sensor

It is mainly used for safety protection and paper detection. When the human body enters the dangerous area, the sensor triggers an emergency stop to protect the operator. It also detects paper stacking position.

7. Limit Switch & Proximity Switch

These switches detect mechanical origin and travel distance. They prevent overtravel collision of the knife beam and paper pusher, effectively protecting mechanical structures and electronic circuits.

8. Contactor & Relay

They control the on-off of high-current circuits such as motors and air pumps. They stabilize circuit switching and reduce current impact during machine startup and shutdown.

9. Switching Power Supply

It converts alternating current into stable direct current to supply power for PLC, sensors and touch screens. It ensures low-voltage electronic components work stably.
