ntroduction:
Honor-A4 copy-sheets packaging machine is our individual creation. It is adopted foreign technique to fill in a domestic gap, instead of old manual packaging, shortenning packaging time, the production and packaging benefits are also improved at the same time.
Feature:
1. Working principle: each connecting rod, feeder and other sections are driven to run by a series of cams inside the machine. During packing process, automatic paper feeding, paper falling, gluing, packaging and so on are completed quickly.
2. This machine is an integration of optics, mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, computer. It features reasonable structure, advanced technique, easy operation. The machine is suitable for the packing of A4 electrostatic copying paper which are used in global office. After packaging, the products are of elegant and neat appearance, working efficiency is increased.
3. This machine can pack A4 copy sheets (210×297mm).
4. Multi-functional digital-indication frequency converter, stepless variable speed regulation, PLC control systems are adopted.
5. Touch screen is equipped, so man-machine interface is achieved.
6. With the function of outer packing paper automatically cut and fed.
7. Common or higher-class color printing paper, glazing paper, film laminated paper, film shower paper can be used for outer packing paper.
8. The most advanced automatic glue spraying system is equipped.
9. Packaging costs can be greatly reduced, packaging exactness, effect, sealing capacity are increased.
10. The packing effect can be fully up to the international level.
