Common Faults and Treatments for Five Cutting Systems

1, turbocharger does not change direction

Cause: Energy converter blocked;

Elimination method: cleaning or replacement.

2, turbocharger has a crash sound

Cause: Buffer damping is small;

Elimination method: Adjust the double one-way throttle valve to eliminate the crash sound.

3, high pressure water hair scattered

Cause: Damaged energy converter;

Elimination method: Replace the energy converter

4, no high pressure water comes out

Cause: The energy converter is blocked (at this time the hydraulic system is under pressure);

Elimination method: cleaning or replacement

5, pressure drop in the high pressure system

Causes: (1) High pressure system leakage;

Elimination method: check high pressure pipe joints and observation holes to eliminate leakage;

Cause: (2) Hydraulic system pressure drop or pressure mismatch

Elimination method: eliminate the cause of pressure drop in the hydraulic system or increase the hydraulic pressure;

Cause: (3) The hydraulic pump flow does not match

Elimination method: eliminate the cause of pressure drop in the hydraulic system or increase the hydraulic pressure;

Causes: (4) The hydraulic pump flow does not match

Elimination method: increase the flow of the hydraulic pump to match the high pressure system;

Cause: (5) One-way valve leaks (the phenomenon is hot);

Elimination method: repair or replace the hot check valve;

6, the pressure can not escape the ultra-high pressure system

Causes: (1) Plugged in energy converter;

Elimination methods: dismantling or replacement;

Cause: (2) The high pressure water switch is not turned on;

Elimination method: open high pressure water switch;
